A series of high security labs where almost everything in Arcis is manufactured, from electricity and weapons to New Children.

Buildings of containing rooms positioned nearby the labs, where I-class New Children that belong to the infantry are always held when not in use. It's constantly patrolled by human guards to make sure that none of the New Children escape.

Arcis' one and only medical center and hospital. There are many examination rooms towards the front, and patient keep rooms extent far into the multi-floor back of the building. The medical resources used to be free, seen as a way of protecting mankind's stability, but now you have to pay a good handful or Argent to get looked at or treated. Many people use this to help them claim the Parliament's increasing greed.

A large security building where most Arcis guards and generals converse and practice, as well as train many of their I-class New Child infantry. But beyond that, it's known for it's large, sprawling basement that serves as the city's only prison. Life is hell for those held here.
