All of the vents running like veins throughout Arcis all ultimately make a run through here before letting their oxygen they collect from the surface loose into the city. The large, humming purifier makes sure that no trace of the chemical that started everything remains in the city's air. It's always heavily guarded by human guards and maintained by S-class New Children.
