As grim as it's name might suggest, this ratty, shady bar that's slowly falling apart is a hotspot for thieves. Sometimes it's also a gathering place of choice for rebels, though.

An institution where all kinds of animals are kept and breed for a variety of purposes, ranging from fur, food, entertainment, and companionship. It's one of the only places in the Southern District where you can see the government's influence, and also one of the only places that draws tourists from other districts.

A junkyard full of trash and unwanted items from all districts. It's an eyesore, but at the same time, sometimes one might luck out and find something interesting if they dig through all the discards.

During the area's construction, it was discovered that many minerals and rocks helpful in construction and research were located below the district. Many S-class New Children, as well as anyone who wants a quick buck, are sent to mine and dig for minerals here.
