Beneath the Western District lies the underground spring and creek that serves as Arcis' primary source of water. Bordering a labyrinthine maze of tunnels, a purifier has been placed inside by the Parliament, and S-class New Children are generally always present to monitor and maintain it and the pipes that carry the water throughout the city.
