So I was messin' around with stuff, and I thought it'd be fun to make some statistical charts for characters. I made one for Adia, to show you what I'm talking about. I wrote off the averages for all human fields as 50 (and in that way, the basis for all stats are based on the average human) The average new child stats are all 60, except for intelligence, which is rated at 40. Adia's specific stats are labeled. I can like... totally make more of these for other New Children, and then there can be a specific base for the ranks A-D (like Adia is an A, Ava is an A, Abel is a C) For example: A class: All stats generally higher than the average new child. B Class: Most stats are higher than the average New Child, at least one is lower. C Class: Average New Child, some stats are higher than the average New Child, no stats are higher than... let's say... 80... D Class: Most stats are below that of the Average New Child. One or Two may be higher. Thoughts/Comments?

Wow that's really cool. It looks really official... But I don't know if intelligence for New Children should be like that. Their overall knowledge is probably low, but not their intelligence. By the way, I'm using the term knowledge to explain how much actual knowledge they have been taught or learned. Intelligence would refer to their ability to comprehend that knowledge.
New Children are kept ignorant of things by keeping them away from that knowledge, but I don't think they are actually physically incapable of learning. I could be wrong though.
But keep in mind that The A-D ranking for New Children only refers to the quality of the base material. Just because your parents were both great in sports, doesn't necessarily mean that you will be good at sports. A New Child who was created with the best of the best genetic material can still grow up to be a slob or a weakling.
I think its generally a mistake to base how much ability a character has, based off of that letter rank. If you put huge advantages and disadvantages on those ranks like you suggest, then you're going to start seeing a whole lot of A's.
