Relationships: Inventory: a fancy pen with intricate designs; priceless reserved Weapon: a shot gun, newly manufactured History: Born to Amelia and John Vatchelle, she was brought up in a middle class family with no siblings. Their family owned one of the few weapon stores around, regulated by the government. And since she had no brothers or sisters, they managed to give their girl anything she needed. Little did they know, she'd need a lot. Once she entered school, she instantly skipped pre-k and kindergarten, going into first grade while only five. Impressed, their teachers gave her the regular school work. However, little Artemis was already bored of class work and would have socialized if it had not been for her classmates making fun of her pink hair, saying she dyed it or wore a wig because she was bald. After that, she pressed the teacher's to send her to second grade, but the did not recommend it to the parents because of her age. The next five years were spent going to ninth grade. She could have made it past that, but it was required to pass all science classes with a perfect (or close to) score to skip the grade. But science was never her forte and so in order to skip it, she threw herself into research at home. As she did so, she came across the Architects, the ones who made the New Children. Interested, she continued her searches into this new subject, but it did not last long due to the fact she hated science, but she did come across government and, more importantly, the Generals. Logic, strategies, plans. To her, this was the best thing in the world and focused on things that would help her to become a General someday. At age thirteen, she graduated high school and moved on to college where she gained a master's degree in Military Strategy and then went off to apply for an application for the Generals. It was denied. Due to her age, she was throw off as a "reckless teenager wanting to play a joke on the government" and was almost arrested. However, she presumed to keep sending in applications, seeing as she was fairly stubborn. Finally, let let her talk to them so they could sort things "straight" with her. But to their surprise, once she entered the Head General's office she began to talk about how the place could be improved so there was less chance of an attack. Everything she said had not been thought of before by any past General. So they let her sit in for a month on meetings and voice her opinions. Due to her "opinions" the crime rate had gone down three percent. A week later she was appointed new Head General. From the sudden change in command and her hair (not to mention hair color!) she was put off and rumored to have cheated the system- which, when you think of it, its possible for this girl. Soon enough, she was attacked by one of the Generals (who was later condemned as psychotic) attacked her. Acting quick on her feet, Artemis managed to get out only having lost one eyes from being stabbed- though she did also have a few other cuts, but they were minor. As the type of person she was, she left her eye cut and had the eye ball removed, but never replaced, though it was offered. She had decided it look cool and kept the look, saying she never liked that eye, anyways.
